1. How do I check my Stripe payment status and schedule?

You can check your payout schedule by visiting this page -> https://connect.stripe.com/app/express#earnings


2. Why has my Stripe payment not yet arrived? 

(even when the payment status says it’s “paid”)


Step #1: Make sure your Stripe and bank account data is correct.


Do the following: 

  • Recheck your bank account number.

  • Make sure your Stripe account name is the same as your bank account name.

  • Make sure the Stripe account type is “Individual” (not “Corporate”).

  • Make sure your Stripe account has been verified (this requires you to submit ID or passport document).


Notes: 

  • If one of the above conditions is not met, the ongoing payment will reach a “failed” status. Stripe will then retry the payment again. All of this will take up to 2 weeks.

  • For Indonesians, we recommend you to upload your passport.


Step #2: Please wait up to 14 business days if this is your first Stripe payout or wait up to 7 days after the estimated date of arrival (more info here).


Step #3: If both of the conditions above have been met, please send a report to dev@contentgrow.com.


Please attach the following info inside the report:

  • Brief URL

  • Copy of your bank statements (feel free to blur the numbers).


We will then submit a report to Stripe and ask for the payment status.


3. How do I retry failed Stripe payment(s)?


You will need to update your bank account in order to retry the payment(s).


4. How do I check my Stripe details?


You can check your Stripe account details by visiting this page -> https://connect.stripe.com/app/express
