1. How do I check my Stripe payment status and schedule?
You can check your payout schedule by visiting this page -> https://connect.stripe.com/app/express#earnings
2. Why has my Stripe payment not yet arrived?
(even when the payment status says it’s “paid”)
Step #1: Make sure your Stripe and bank account data is correct.
Do the following:
Recheck your bank account number.
Make sure your Stripe account name is the same as your bank account name.
Make sure the Stripe account type is “Individual” (not “Corporate”).
Make sure your Stripe account has been verified (this requires you to submit ID or passport document).
Notes:
If one of the above conditions is not met, the ongoing payment will reach a “failed” status. Stripe will then retry the payment again. All of this will take up to 2 weeks.
For Indonesians, we recommend you to upload your passport.
Step #2: Please wait up to 14 business days if this is your first Stripe payout or wait up to 7 days after the estimated date of arrival (more info here).
Step #3: If both of the conditions above have been met, please send a report to dev@contentgrow.com.
Please attach the following info inside the report:
Brief URL
Copy of your bank statements (feel free to blur the numbers).
We will then submit a report to Stripe and ask for the payment status.
3. How do I retry failed Stripe payment(s)?
You will need to update your bank account in order to retry the payment(s).

Click ContentGrow in the “Payouts details” section (image)
Update your account info accordingly
