How to contact clients?

1. You can chat with your client by accessing the My Clients page.

2. Click on See details of the client you want to contact.

3. Click on the chat icon to start a conversation with your client.

Alternatively:

1. You can also access this by going to your brief/assignment.

2. Under Contributors you can click on the chat icon to start a conversation with your brief manager.

When should you contact your clients?

• To discuss your brief requirements, formats, etc.

• To request deadline extensions.

• To follow up regarding your draft/revision submitted.

• If your submission has been published by the client but has yet to be paid/closed in ContentGrow.

Note: we highly discourage freelancers from working with clients outside the platform. ContentGrow offers payment protection to freelancers, guaranteeing them payment for completed assignments.
